Hi, I’m Samuel Lukins, founder of Next Element Landscaping—and a passionate advocate for innovation, clean technology, and meaningful business.
I started this company with a clear goal: to challenge the status quo in the landscaping industry and prove that sustainability doesn’t have to mean compromise. With a background in high-performance medical device sales and a strong entrepreneurial drive, I saw an opportunity to bring precision, professionalism, and environmental leadership to a space that’s long been behind the curve.
I’ve always believed that small businesses can lead big changes. At Next Element, we’re building something more than a service—we’re building a standard. We’re showing that eco-conscious landscaping can be just as powerful, just as profitable, and far more responsible than outdated, gas-powered models.
When I’m not on-site or meeting with property managers, you can find me researching the latest in battery tech, supporting other local green startups, or exploring Oregon’s forests and vineyards with my family.
